Checkpoint C was the name given to the west crossing point between East Berlin and West Berlin during the Cold War. It is one the better-known tourist attractions and is located in the Allied Museum. It was pretty neat to see!
I have always enjoyed trains since I was a child. Michael grew up loving trains as well. While we were in Hamburg Germany, we spent the whole day at Miniatur Wunderland. It is pretty amazing how many scenes they have set up to look at.
It's pretty amazing how many buildings are still standing from being bombed in World War II. This is a tunnel that was part of a church we found. It was pretty awesome.
This is the Ice Train in Germany. Germany has been on the list of places to visit for a long time. For the month of May we got the chance to see as much as we could and live the way Germans do. The Ice Train was one of my favorite ways to get around.
